QuickMove® Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Moving Rates & Minimum Charges
- 1/2 Callout Fee: We simply require a half hour callout paid at the time of booking.
- 2 Hour Minimum Hire Time: Our services are subject to a 2 hour minimum hire time.
- Additional time will be billed in half-hour increments
Payment Terms
- We accept most major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners, AMEX),
- We do not accept cash, nor do we invoice and wait for payment.
- Payment is due on the day during the move in the presence of the removalists team.
Insurance Terms
- Goods In Transit: $100,000
- Product & Public Liability: $20,000,000
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of your moving date.
We recommend you research what coverage you require for your items and obtain your own insurance policy from a third party insurer as our insurance is limited to damages during transit only.
Fatigue Management
Our removalists work extremely hard and must take short breaks ever so often, if the removalists are subject to extreme moving conditions such as long steep driveways, stairs or must carry heavy items that usually would require more man-power to move a one off fee of $50 per man will be added to the Tax invoice.
Moving outside of Sydney?
At anytime we leave Sydney we will apply all travel expenses to the final Invoice, such as travel time, tolls and fuel. We recommend you call us prior to booking if any address you are moving to or from is outside of the Sydney region. We can be contacted 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm on 1800 784 256.
